Sydney City Sights and Culinary Excursion

Participants of this exciting adventure will be driven east around Sydney Harbour to take in the stunning views of Sydney's icons, drive through Woolloomooloo, stop for a photo at Mrs Macquarie's Chair with the magnificent Harbour Bridge and Opera House as a backdrop, drive past the infamous Kings Cross before stopping to refuel with a culinary experience that will delight your taste buds at Simon Johnson. The leading provider of Australia's finest range of home grown quality food, offering only products of the highest integrity. Participants will enjoy a coffee and sampling of a wide range of the best cheese Australia has to offer.

The excursion continues on to the world famous Bondi Beach before heading back to the city via some of Sydney's most prestigious and affluent district.

Enjoy Sydney's award winning Sydney Harbour Cruise to spectacular Middle Harbour, which is a must for all visitors to Sydney. Seaplanes to Cottage Point

Seaplanes to Cottage Point

Participants are transferred to Rosebay where they will board a seaplane for a scenic flight over Sydney before heading north to Cottage Point Inn. Located on the water's edge the Cottage Point Inn Restaurant boasts a truly stunning waterfront location and is a fantastic way to enjoy the afternoon whilst taking in the tranquil setting around you.

Nestled on the junction of Cowan Waters and Coal and Candle creek, this unique location is matched with creative menus & contemporary wine list which will inspire and captivate your senses. A true culinary experience.

Opera House Excursion

Opera House Excursion

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the real-life dramas behind this celebrated performing arts centre. The expert guides will raise the curtain on what really goes on beyond the spotlight.

Walk in the footsteps of legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Pavarotti, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Cate Blanchett, Vladimir Ashkenazy, and the Foo Fighters. Participants might even get to stand on the world-famous Concert Hall stage, take up the conductor's baton in the orchestra pit and get a sneak peek inside the stars' dressing rooms.

Aboriginal Heritage Walk

Aboriginal Heritage Walk

Participants are transferred to the Royal Botanic Gardens, where they will experience the world's oldest living culture on an exclusive guided walking tour of the Gardens where the original inhabitants of Sydney gathered plants, seeds and roots for food and medicine.

Participants will then be treated to a traditional Aboriginal Welcome followed by a Heritage walk through the park by an Aboriginal elder for a journey of discovery. Discover how Aborigines produced a honey drink from the Banksia, roasted seeds from the Moreton Bay Chestnut and made fishing line from the bark of the Bolwarra tree.

The Royal Botanic Garden Sydney is a major botanical garden located in the heart of Sydney, Australia. Opened in 1816, the garden is the oldest scientific institution in Australia and one of the most important historic botanical institutions in the world, located on the stunning Sydney Harbour. The excursion will finish in the Art Gallery of NSW where participants will be treated to the famous Yiribana Gallery presenting a selection of works from the aboriginal collection.

Sydney Helicopter Flight

Enjoy a view of Sydney and its surrounds like no other. From the spectacular cliffs and golden beaches - including the iconic Bondi Beach - to the icons of the world famous harbour, hold your breath and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of Sydney. The 20 -Minute flight travels over Manly and the Northern Beaches, the waterways of Middle Harbour, the Opera House and the city, before sweeping over the southern pylon of the Harbour Bridge and returning via Darling Harbour.

All scenic flights are recorded in real time using unique on-board video system incorporating internal and external cameras, as well as a recording of pilot commentary and Air Traffic Control interaction. 4WD the Blue Mountains

4WD The Blue Mountains

This fantastic Eco excursion travels through the historical Rocks area of old Sydney. Heading westwards across the coastal plain make our way to the Great Dividing Range of Australia, it is here you leave the 'average' Blue Mountains tourist behind and enter the National Park and Euroka Clearing to unlock a piece of Australia you would never have known existed. We drop into a hidden valley where we roam the area, participants will enjoy morning tea while seeking out kangaroos that may graze in the wild.

Next visit some scenic lookouts to view the Blue Mountains including King's Tableland before visiting the quaint little village of Leura. Enjoy a two course lunch of local cuisine and wines in the heart of the Blue Mountains.
